my Studio Sale ending on the 21st of July...only a few days left!

I hope you have a wonderful weekend! I'm just going to try and stay cool and get through my coffee detox! I'm on the Paleo diet now for my autoimmune problems of been having these last 2 years. But in all my research I found a list of foods that mimic the gluten molecule so when I eat them my body attacks itself. I gave up gluten last year but am now giving up the other things on the list like corn, chocolate, and coffee! It's not easy...this is day one for the coffee and I'm lucky to even be writing this!

I was going to post about my birthday weekend with my daughter but I'll get to that next time!
We had a wonderful time:)

Also, don't miss these other great Etsy shops joining in on the 10% OFF Christmas in July sale!
Here's a link to our Pinterest board for fun and easy browsing!

The colors pop on this beautiful painting, and I hope you get your diet sorted out. I noticed gluten free beer in a store recently. Just sayin'.

Hi Terra! Thanks for stopping by!:)
I haven't tried the gf beer yet but may have to in this heat! I've heard it's pretty good.

Oh Jennifer. Good luck with no coffee. I honestly could not go without that. No possible way.

The painting shown with the pink tulips is exquisite. Susan

I'm with you on the coffee thing Susan but if it's causing me to be sick it might as well be poison so I have to do this. It's literally the hardest thing I've ever had to give up! This was day one and I've had a headache all day and have been in an fog that never lifts! Thank you for your comments Susan! I hope your weekend is wonderful!

Without coffee, I'd go back to bed.
I think you captured those flowers beautifully. I have been doing so much Yard work, and running to the shore front with a chainsaw guy
I haven't picked up a paint brush all Summer. Maybe this Fall.
Best wishes,
yvonne

Jennifer, hi, it's Vicki down south; I've had your check for a week but got interrupted so am just sending it tomorrow for what I bought on the sale; I'm so sorry for the delay and I hope you weren't inconvenienced by looking for it at week's end only to fihd it not there. Ugh, sometims life gets in the way of good intentions. Hope you are doing okay with the paleo. SUNSET mag had some scrumptious-looking paleo recipes in a recent edition; I was tempted but I'm not much of a meat-eater although my husband says we're intended to be; it's always a subject ripe for discussion!
Do what you need to do, obviously, to get yourself feeling good on a continuous basis!
